But to what extent are regressive left people in the West de facto supporting this and the killing of people from minority Muslim sects like Asad Shah by deliberately seeking to shut down discussion and debate about Islamism in the West?? Really they should look at themselves and their virtue signalling clannish bourgeois world that refuses to recognise Islamist sectarianism as a problem

Also recent BBC article points out that extremist anti Shia anti Ahmadi sectarian Muslim groups are not just Salafis – hardline Deobandis have been influential in the UK in significant sections of the Muslim community for around 25 years.
